What's considered, "rare", and how rare?

I've always been curious about the rarity of items, and the prices they fetch in the High End market. If you were to put a rank on its rarity what would it be like? This is a list for ALL items. Yes all, that includes swords, Warrior and Paragon Shields, Hammers, Wands, Staves, Bows, any kind of weapon you can think of. Note that Shields and Focus items are still considered as "weapons"

I think it's something like this..
1. Crystalline Sword - Gold ones are only available in HoH, and even in there, it's extremely rare
2. Dwarven Axe - Dunno... only seen one which is in High End right now, and it's an Inscribable one obtained from a HoH chest.
3. Tribal Axe - Max damages ones are really rare, but I'm pretty sure there's more since Hard Mode was added to the game.
4. Elemental Sword - Only in NF. Haven't seen many.
5. Gloom Shield - I think this was a DoA exclusive shield.

Well, what do you think? Of course, you don't have to state ALL items, maybe just a top 5 or 10. I don't mind if there's anything like Dwarven Axe tied with Summit Axe. By the way, this is merely your opinion and my opinion, there's no list that will be exactly right.

I don't mean to sound like a really annoying person, but please don't add jokes like, Starter Swords are the best cuz everyone dumps them in the trash once they get any other weapon, so therefore, they are extremely rare.

Another question. Would a Skeleton Shield with a +30HP mod, and -5/19% fetch a high price? It's req. 9 Tactics, gold, and max armor.

Rarest item...Req7 15^50 Brute Sword, only 2 or 3 reported req7 15^50 Brutes in-game.
