I'm sorry to have to tell you this but that item doesn't exist. All Icy Dragon Swords are r9 15^50. There is no way to get a +5 energy one.

IDS are non inscribable so unfortunately it wont happen. Unless ANET decides to make em inscribable which would be sweet

I'm not talking about an inscriabable IDS. I'm talking about where the +5 energy replaces the 15^50(damage mod not strength and honor). I got pictures of hammers with +5 that replaces the 15^50. Like that are they impossible? I know they arent inscriable
