Has ghost forge insignia for rits been changed for good or is it a bug?
Chant doesn't make any sense since you can't get chants without getting nightfall/paragon secondary (or enlighten me if there's another way).
The ones you can buy from the rune trader say "while affected by a Weapon Spell", just like they should. Do you have a ghost forge insignia that works with chants instead?
