suspended for nothing

I was just standing around on GW whilst watching a video and my gw screen changed says i got disconected from server and then said that i have been suspended for spamming and have been suspended for 71 hours .

i couldnt belive it i havenet spammed in that and i didnt reli talk much 2dai either so how can i get suspend for 3 days its so long for something i havent done

Have they got the name of the person wrong or something?
and anyway i cn lift this?

Send a ticket in to Anet and request a reason - be polite and you will get further.
