salvage the +5e inscription from hammer and merch imo. The Scimy is an unwanted skin so you might want to try and salvage to sell the 20/19 for a couple of plat, then the warding pommel if it survives.
Scimitar - Salvage 20/19 like Zamochit said and try sell for 1-2k, merch sword after due to the high req and common skin.
Hammer - Salvage inscription and sell for 2-3k, merch hammer after as it isn't max damage.
