looking for a pc

i need a pc on a couple items 1 isr eq 13 icy stormbow,with+15 alwase -5nrg and +30hp,i didnt think it was worth much but my buddy insists it is. the other is a req 10 flamberg 15^50 armor pen 20/20 hp30.thx a lot

Stormbow - 3-5k, very high req and unpopular inherent mod kill the value despite the popularity of the skin. I'd consider salvaging the +30hp grip and selling that for 2-3k
Flamberge - 20k as a whole but I'd salvage the 20/20 and sell for 16-18k, then the +30hp and sell for 12-14k. If sword stays behind try sell for 5-8k.
