Reconnects - the innocent victim

Amidst all duping scandal, which majority of gw players didn't give 2 hoots about, there has been one victim here which needs addressing: Reconnects.

When will we have them back? This is a critical peice of software and fixing it should be a much higher priority than issuing bans or searching for duped goods.

The reconnect system will most likely be back when ANet fix the exploit. ANet had to do it to prevent the exploit, they really had no chance.
