Say Goodbye to My Elemental Sword?

Hey, I've been hearing all about this Hall of Monuments and how it was made to honor all of your achievments and show how much time you put into the game...well...for me, most of my time went into saving up for a perfect req 9 gold Elemental Sword (which I customized because I thought I would never sell it). Now, does anyone know of any way for me to get my sword to GW2? or at least have something in my Hall of Monuments that shows my legendary weapon? Becuase this sword is worth more than any of my titles and mini pets IMO. I'm getting real scared that my elemental sword is going to have been a waste of time and I just wanna know some other people's opinion on the matter.........I know I'm not the only one with this problem.......thanks in advance

It's not a waste of time if you enjoyed using your elemental sword. Trust me, even if you can't transfer your sword to GW2, I'm sure there's going to be something that looks even better for you to attain.

And who knows, a better looking sword might even pop up in GW:EN. Although for the record, I think the elemental sword looks ridiculous and is perhaps the ugliest overpriced sword ever.

But hey, if you like it, keep it. Enjoy it. I mean hey, I got FoW armor, but is that going to transfer over to GW2? Nah. This is just the stuff that ends up happening.

All things end, especially video games. What were you planning on doing with it if there wasn't a hall of monuments? Make a screenshot or something and you'll always have it. :P

If you watch the demo vid, towards the end he goes into the Hall of Monuments.

He states "the weapons that you can put into the Hall are attainable from GW:EN."

its just a game. if u rly love ur ele sword, go to a sword making shop and have them make u a real one. lol and if u RLY love ur ele sword so much then why dont u marry it. lol, im jk dude. i think that they will give u a little plaque saying that, that is your sword and no1 elses, idk... wait for GW:EN!

Weapons only attained in GW:EN will be able to go through to GW2 or even be shown in the HoM unless they make changes. I got a collossal scimitar req 11 (not the best) and near perfect but I might sell it and my perfect Shadow axe to get money for GW:EN items. So if I ever go to GW2, I will have items that will have benifits in the HoM but that is just me. and Flu it may not transfer over but you wioll still be able to put it in the HoM and get a little more out of it if you get GW2.

If you had read my Guide to GW:EN, or Guildwiki, or read anything on HoM, you'd know very well that Swords and other items that aren't on the list don't count.

Your elemental sword is going anywhere, your going to have it until you sell it or the lose it...or the servers finally shut down for GW1.

You will NEVER see your Elemental sword in GW2.
