Anti virus/spyware question.

Just wanted to ask (and im sorry if this has already been brought up did look in the sticky..) in your opinion what is the best anti virus, anti spyware (spyware remover) program in your opinion, by best i mean the one that works well for you and also more importantly does not slow your comp down, i find quite a few of the ones i use slow it down by a hell of a lot.

I use avg free (free.grisoft.com), adaware personal (lavasoftusa.com) and spybot s&d (dunno..search spybot on google)
None are very intrusive, and just dont scan while using the computer for anything heavy.

Spybot and AVG. AVG can slow your computer down if you play on a decent computer. (decent as in can run gw in medium and get 20+ fps)

CCleaner.
Ad-Aware.
Spybot S&D.
Windows Defender.

Keep these updated and run them often and you will have no issues with spam, adware/malware etc
