WTB Pronged Fan, Serpentine scepter and Straw Effige

Hi, I'm after those 3 types of inscrip. itens , [pronged fan, straw effige and serpentine scepter].
Req can go btween 9-12, not 13.
Prefer blood/curses/death for necro,
Channel / restore for rt,
Earth / fire for ele
other atributtes are welcome, but i prefer those.
I only need for those 3 classes.

Also, not buying expensive ones.
I known that some may be only for main atribute, bot others can be for all atributes. So, hope someone have any of those

Got serpentine scepter of E.Storage and Spawning. Still need 1 for necro.
Got Pronged FAn of Spawning / Soul reaping and E.storage, would like to find [if possible], other atributes for necro, rt and ele.
Still didnt found any straw effiges =/ And for these, please other than primary atributes, if possible.
