Nec / Death / eJagged Bones

The enchantment assures that target undead minion's death will spawn a Jagged Horrer (lvl xx). But only the one you target. There are only few who care to do this and a large portion of them are our Heroes.
But wouldn't it make sense if it affected all 'current' minions? The improvement could be balanced out by a longer recharge time and / or higher cost (more blood and / or mana).
