Does everyone need to complete all 4 zones before they can enter, or could you go with just the leader with the finished quests, like Sorrows Furnace?

If I remember it right everyone needs to complete the four zones first, not 100% sure tho.

Yes, everyone in the party must have completed the other four zones before they can go into The Ebony Citadel.
