I have a Gold Shocking Zodiac Sword of Enchanting, 15-22 damage req 9 swordsmanship, +5 Energy inherent (Non-Inscribable). Enchanting mod is only 19%, but I've got a 20/20 Sundering Mod and a +30 Health Mod available if you want to pay more.
S/B at 80k, don't want to wait too long to sell it... Highest bid gets it I guess :P.
