I would prefer req 9 or lower.

EMPHASIS: Domination Staves, as in, domination magic req.
When I ask for req, I mean 8 Domination 13 Domination or w/e.

Dragon Staff, req9 Blood magic, HCT 20%, HSR Domination 20%, others stats or meh.
