Salvage +30 and sell for 8-12k

Then:
Salvage 20/19 and sell for 2-3k or don't risk it and keep the skin for a hero, there's no need to merch a functional sword.

agree with wilderness, strip everything you can off it starting with HP ofc if it survives throw it on a Koss
