Koss, where is Koss

I have a lvl20 w/mo from factions that I traveled to Nightfall so I could start training some heros. I traveled to Nightfall and was able to initially add Koss to my group. When I was in a mission I lost internet connection and when I reconnected Koss was greyed out. I can no longer add him to my party. Do you know why? I know he hasnt been kidnapped, or has he? Wouldnt that spawn a quest or mission? I have no quests or missions. I heard that I need to travel to another city to see if I can get a mission about him being captured/heronapped...any ideas?

after Consulate Docks you lose Koss and you have to complete a few quests to get him back.

The Consulate Docks is the mission where he is kidnapped.
It doesn't automatically give you the quest to get him back. You get him back through primary quests that lead you to Sunspear Sanctuary. The quest The Great Escape gives him back to you.

Simple solution!

Read the bloody text boxes when they pop up! It's amazing what one can garner from actually reading them rather than just clicking through them!

Definately quoted for truth. When you're in Yohlon Haven, there's even a pop-up that tells you what to do!
