Pre-Searing Cadet?

Okay, so I've noticed that under each username and above each avatar, there's a title, like Pre-Searing Cadet, Ascalonian Squire, Lion's Arch Merchant, etc. How do I change those, and what do they mean? Or are they based on posts? I've been curious and just now remembered to ask. lol Thanks!

You can't as it determines your post count when it goes up the title will change.The only ones who can make changes to theirs are site contributors and staff eg. Moderators & Admins. etc.
