Travel to: Mourning Veil Falls and/or Rhea's Crater

Is it possible, without special quests/missions for a Prophecies character to travel to either of these two areas from say, Kaineng Center with the sole purpose of capturing Vengeful was Khanhei?

In a word: no.

Darn, ok, well could someone give me a crash course in requirements? Would be much appreciated.

You pretty much need to follow the quest/mission string (you need to complete step 9, ie finish Eternal Grove or Gyala Hatchery), which means pretty much means 75% of factions.

If you really just want the skill, go out and get 3000 Balth Faction though PvP, then unlock the skill via a Priest of Balthazar. Then go buy an elite Ritualist Tome and learn it that way.
