shadow shield req 9 -5/20

Like the title says, how much could you sell a Shadow Shield (strength), req 9, which is non-inscribable, with a luck of the draw -5/20% on it?

I have to disagree with that, like if the shield have +30hp, then its easy to sell. Ofc it has -5(20) so merching it is a better idea than selling.
