For Ancient armor, there really isn't a build, as you're in a Junundu.

Pacman in giant sandworms for the win.
The other two aren't all that hard to hero/hench, as long as your team is highly mobile with good damage output. Just look at the wiki pages for the challenge missions. Burning Arrow Ranger works well, since you asked for builds.(BA, Savage, Distracting, Apply Poison, Mending Touch, Troll, Natural Stride, Res)
Dajkah Inlet is very heavy on conditions, so expect heavy degen.
Shadow Nexus is just Torment mobs; don't let the demons clone.
I'm guessing you left out Primeval because of the difficulty in that area.
