WTB: Shield of the Wing

Been indecisive lately and because of it made a few threads for different items :P
I assure the GwG community this is my final one for a while ^.^

Need to get my war a tactics shield, and chose this skin.

Needs to be Req 9-10 ONLY, And inscribable. Mods I want on it are
+30 hp
-2 dmg in stance or +10 arm vs slashing

I will pay more for an already modded shield, if not, i will mod it myself.

Gotten a few offers, thanks to all who pmed. So far only req 10 shields tho. Still looking for a req 9. Gonna keep this thread going untill tmrw night, for i leave for a small trip and will not be able to maintain it. If i get no req 9 offers, will go with cheapest req 10 offer.
