You have typo there, perfect staff wrappings of pruning/deathbane etc. are +20% dmg Vs. :]
Those wrappings aren't popular since people prefer more useful wrappings. 1k or so each.
Inscriptions at the bottom are also quite unwanted, max 1k/ea, but usually just merchant food.
