We want them . We have not seen a new Alliance battle map EVER.
Is there a justification for not implementing new maps that holds water?
Id like to hear it. Changes to the Faction system have done a " little " to help aleviate the the massive lopsided ratios but maps that are almost 2 years old are extremely stale & the fact that other arenas have gotten dozens of map edits while AB has had 0 is completely unacceptable.
What do you think?

Im hoping ANet releases another 'expansion' before GW2 that expands upon Factions just as GWEN is expanding on Tyria.

More competitive missions ala Fort Aspenwood
More AB Maps

Either that or change around the already existing explorable areas for AB use, take out the spawns and put in cap points- not only would it make sense with the territory line/world map, but it would be fun as hell to run around in Silent Surf or Morning Veil Falls in AB. Ancestral Lands and Kanaai Canyon are lame and produce a very lame metagame.

Wouldn't mind more in the way of balanced maps myself.. same old story these days, either play on a map that favors the other side (which I do, but many people are so lame that they won't) or be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes at times if the map favors your side.. getting tired of things being that way.

If we had, say, a rotation of balanced maps (a decent number, maybe around 10?), and removed the fact that the line affects who has the advantage, you'd have some people whine at first (regardless of what you do, this will be the case), but I think many would be satisfied with that over time. It would cut down on the frustrating wait that can occur. People would still own their towns and get their cheap lockpicks and everything, so it wouldn't "ruin" the purpose of faction.

Im not bored enough to read the nonsensical ramblings of a post that was editted a half dozen times. Im not concerned with 3/4 of the concerns this individual seems to be posting about. While its always nice to see some of AB's heavyweights posting their concerns ,Titles Wars are of little interest to me & the # of issues raised by Titles is staggering.

I want new maps.

Some alternate maps would be nice. If the line is in the middle instead of always going to saltspray, make it sometimes you go to saltspray, sometimes somewhere else. I think the last defense areas for both sides should be left alone because it rarely stays there for long. The "home" side wins 90% of the time and next time the map resets you go to a different area. But the three maps in between the last defense areas should have alternates to spice things up some.
