that would be kool if they made a 20% hex mod for weapons like they have for enchantments!!

Anyway, I always wondered why they never had one.

And perhaps a +20 shouts/chants/conditions one too, but offcourse only if this doesn't lead to exploits.

they already have conditions mods. as for shouts/chants maybe but some of the paragon stuff could become overpowered,
