Has the 'Aptitude not Attitude' inscription, by the way.

Salvage inscription and sell for ~7k, then salvage the wrappingand sell for 2-3k. If item stays behind try sell for 1-2k or merch as mesmer items sell badly and the skin is rather common. 6-8k with the mods.
