Contactiong A-Net

I was wondering if some one could help me contact A-net about an account issue, a link or some thing will do.

Also could some one please let me know if you are aloud to keep saying in the trade channel wts... with about a 30secs-1min break in between.

"Spamming" your WTS message in the trade channels is fine by in-game rules, however spamming in local may get you banned, so use the trade chat.
