Lightening dmg 15-22 (Req 8 sword)
Damage +15%
Health regeneration -1
Armour +7 (vs ele dmg)

had this for while recently & due to unusual -1hp was wondeing what its worth
thanks in advance

Good req but inherent -1hp regen is somewhat unpopular mod, 10k-15k~ or so in my opinion.
