I don't really like it. there really is no need for it. If you aren't ready you can go back and try again, you don't lose anything form that.
the only thing this would stop is the whole putting people out of pre-searing, and i think those permanent-pre-searing characters are silly anyway, so this wouldn't add anything for me, except annoyance at having to click a button every time i do something.

Ignorance, its only your opinion on if perma-pres are silly, and if so it still doesn't make it nice to mess them up.
And also its more anoyying to get pulled into the uw with no skills lol.
And the impatient ones can just learn patience.

GW is a game n which you first prepare, then go out.
This is a fine implementation of the behavior that prevent annoying situations caused by a misunderstanding, evil intentions, stupidity, impatience, etc...
Remeber to rate the thread!

Not seeing any negative side effects for this. A good idea.

While a ready button sound fine, no point in stacking any more timers.
I think another way may be something like the cinematic-skip system?
- Someone in the party can click "Enter Mission"/talk to NPC after he/she is ready
- Everyone else in the party then does the same when each of them is ready
- After last person is ready then the normal 3-2-1-GO!!
As long as you don't click the ready, you won't be dragged into any missions unnwillingly.
However, for any out at an instance situations, completely not signed. The entire party will be stuck at a limbo whether it was someone lagging out, afk, or even jerks trying to hold everyone ransom. That's just asking for grief.

an easier way would just be a ready button on the party window, when clicked the user's hp bar would be outlined in green, that way you could see who's ready and who's not, and there wouldn't be any lame popup questions.</endoflongsentence>

/Signed with the following condition for convenience
In the party window all characters who are not ready have their life bars displayed as gray (same as not connected when playing in a zone). When a player selects ready, that player is displayed to all others in the group as ready in the party window by changing from a gray to a red life bar. As always, if you think this is a good idea, Pain, edit it into your original post.
