Only interested in while in stance mods or -5 20%.
2nd mod must be +30hp or +45 in stance. (+29hp will do also)
I prefer that the req is 10 or below. I might be interested in higher req but I will pay less off course. If the req is high, it must be related to the shield mods.
For example: Req 13 tactics with -2 and +45 in stance is USEFUL.
Same mods with req 13 strength is USELESS. (to me off course, not in general)

A little note: In the past I have dealt with people who were obsessed with their items.
They told me it's their "baby", they collect them out of love, etc.
If that is the case with you, DON'T BOTHER. I'm not making you part with your "baby". I'm not such a bad person. If you are not ready to part with your item, don't sell it! Most importantly, your love for your item doesn't make it cost more. (just a friendly reminder)
PS: Just so people don't think I'm cheap, I'm prepared to pay up to 100k+70 ecto depending on req and mods. Judging from the price check forums, that's much higher than any Gothic Defender I ever seen PC'd.
