thats RoT, those are torment creatures, i dont know if it can be done with a dervish, but .. its not as fast as that ... it takes ages to kill a group, and u have to lure around all the time, drops suck and i dont think its worth it tbh

Realm of Torment "Dervishable"?

Solo-farm?

I wouldn't recommend trying.
If you want to farm anything there then do chest-runs. That'd be your best bet.
