PC gold sunderng celestial longbow of fortitude & gold spear

I have the above item, the stats are as follows:

Req 10
15^50
armor penetration +20 (14%)
health +24

Unfortunately, it's only 14-26. Do you think i shouold merch it or is it worth something?

I also have a max gold req 9 bronzehead spear of fortitude (+29hp, 1/2 recharge 10%). Would this be worth anything?
