I have a good PvP Sin but not a PvE Sin. Literally, my PvE sin, SUCKS BALLS. I die so quick even with Critical Defenses. So the only thing that can help me is.... YUP GUILD WARS GURU! lol. Anyway. This is what I do on my PvE:
-Farm (Obviously )
-Missions: Factions Campaign>Quests/Primary Quests
Pretty much it... This build needs to be a build that can Tank. Attacking Enemies that use Melee and Projectiles. Im level 15 and a A/W. I dont want a Sin that uses Warrior skills, soz. and I hope this is not too much to ask for. I really suck at PvE so I need a build that will be good. (No, I don't suck AT PvE, I suck at using this build I have for PvE.)
And what's COP? lol.
THANK YOU
I really need a PvE build for my Sin...

Your pretty much gonna suck at level 15, if your still at the island finish up all the quests and get the hell out of there. Then once your on the main land go questing with the high level guys till level 20. (make sure you did the attribute quests)
Shadowform is a skill you should get if you want to farm.
The thing with critical defenses -_- is its just supposed to make melee fighters less of a bother for you. Make sure you have a heal and that your level 20 basically.
Uh....Jagged Strike wild Strike and Death blossom should be 1 of the first combo's you start the game with as its easy to get into.
Build
[card]Jagged strike[/card],[card]Wild Strike[/card], [card]Death Blossom[/card],[card]Critical Strike[/card],[card]Critical Defenses[/card], [card]Shadow refuge[/card], [card]recall[/card], [card]Resurrection signet[/card].
Use critical strikes when Critical defenses isn't getting refreshed, use recall when your swamped that should last you till level 20.
If you want to farm progress through the game (do quests when you can to build up cash flow)
And then change your secondary Class once you beat Nahpui Quarter(spelling) to A/Me and try
[card]Shadow Form[/card] and [card]Arcane Echo[/card]

Assassins and Farming in generally terms usually don't go.
However... Assassins CAN farm certain bosses (there is an A/E build for that) and chest-run. Both of them require Shadow Form... which can be acquired as early as Vizunah Square if you're lucky.
Just for the record though, Shadow Form farming builds aren't conventional Assassin fare, and require a rather different modus operandum to ordinary Assassin play. Just thought I'd mention this, as it can throw you off if you're not ready for it.

if you want to solo farm you'll want to make a shadow form build, you can put together a lot of options but A/E and A/Me are the standard. here's a few:
A/Me Solo Sin
A/Me Solo 2
A/E Green Farmer
I use the A/Me for fun sometimes in tombs. For serious farming it's A/E or not a sin for me. For pve i highly recommend this build, I used a version of it through all 3 chapters (just 2 different skills, replaced with PvE skills and last updated);
[card]Golden Fox Strike[/card][card]Wild Strike[/card][card]Repeating Strike[/card][card]Critical Strike[/card]Critical Agility[card]Critical Defenses[/card][card]Way of the Assassin[/card]
or if you don't have access to NF skills or prefer this one anyway:
[card]Jagged Strike[/card][card]Wild Strike[/card][card]Repeating Strike[/card][card]Critical Strike[/card][card]Flashing Blades[/card][card]Critical eye[/card][card]Shadow Refuge[/card]
Set-up with Golden Fox (or jagged) and Wild Strike, even w/o an enchant Golden Fox will still do solid damage, and if enchanted will make sure your combo will go on (combo skills are 90% of sin damage) hit with wild blow to end any blocking stances and spam Repeat, use Crit Strike to regain energy if needed but with zealous daggers and so much crit chance that shouldn't be an issue.
I use Max armor with Nightstalker's Insignia, but you might like Survivor. Critical strikes head, 1 minor of dagger and 1 minor of crit and the rest vitae runes, and zealous daggers. Never run into any issues with the setup (the carry item missions in factions can be a minor pain if henching though)
edit: reread OP and added info for factions only
