A Hex and a Condition

I'm looking for a Hex that lasts 20+ seconds, regardless of attribute level (or that can reach such a duration with as few points as possible in the attribute).

Also, a skill that will inflict a condition, any condition at all, for hopefully the same amount of time. Again, I'd like as little dependance on attribute level as possible.

Profession is no object...I just need some skills to fit those descriptions. Anyone have ideas?

There are no real spells that cause Bleeding or Dazed. I excluded burning cause it lasts for a short time. Also you really can't reach 20 seconds with minimal attribute points.

You could try [skill]brambles[/skill] if you have a knockdown..

Chilling Winds, Spirit of Failure, Scourge Enchantment, Scourge Healing, Barbs, Mark of Pain, Pain of Disenchantment, Parasitic Bond, Price of Failure, Reaper's Mark, Rising Bile, Soul Barbs

All have fixed durations.

Wow, I just read the OP's post all wrong..

If you're thinking discord spike, which I'm fairly sure you are, parasitic bond and enfeeble and par for the course, with suffering and disease thrown in for good measure.
