So you've preordered it, but you won't get it till 2 weeks after release? There has to be something wrong with that delivery estimate.
I would have expected them to email a pre-order bonus code, they ought to have done this pretty much straight away since it should also give you the bonus weapons which are already accessible if you have added the key to your account.

A friend of mine did receive the pre-order bonus pack key from amazon.co.uk. I pre-orderer weeks before him and did not receive it on time. Just cancelled the order and got it from plaync store. It's a shame I wont get the box, but at least I can play with 0-wait.

I ordered from amazon.de and I got my preorder key 1 day before event via email and I'm going to get the game on the 31th (when it's released) so I guess it's the amazon.com problem =P
