What's with all the Rubberbanding and Disconnects?

I know, I know. One of the obvious reasons would be a bad internet connection, and I do play on wireless. But, I for one have 4 bars outta 5 on my Belkin most of the time, and I never just have my Internet crash on me. Ever. So, why all the Rubberbanding lag? (the kind that makes you seem like you're in a safe place when you're running, but you are still getting beat to shreds when there is no enemy there, only to have you warp back to the place where you were surrounded in.). Oh, I also get disconnects RIGHT when I load an area. This is not related to my connection, because I play in windowed mode, and I can plainly see my connection alive and well when it happens. This type of disconnect is extremely annoying. I come back, to find myself groupless after I spent so much time trying to find a group for UW or FoW. And, apparently this happens to a lot of people, as it happens to my Guildies too (who don't have wireless). Can someone please clarify my problem here?

I can't clarify, but I sure can confirm it. (east coast BtW)
I quit doing all 'elite areas' especially the pay to enter ones..

I would say tried a wired connection and see if it makes it better never know. Wireless = gay. Also you might want to check your system specs. Somewhere on here there was something like this and it was graphic card I think not sure.

Yeah, switching to wired (100MBPS ethernet or faster) will help a little. Just watch your ping circle and only do things like UW and FoW when it's green (<250ms) is the only advice I can give :P Lag is getting worse throughout the game for a lot of people for some reason.

I AM on wired I have great connection speeds. Can play any other game just fine yet Ive been getting dced alot. this is really not acceptable to be dced all the time.
