Bonus Mission Pack - Please HELP !!!

I am looking solution of one problem. I have already wrote to PlayNC Support but i have only recived automatic generated answers that dosent help.
I am looking for answer to this question:

I have one question about how to get Bonus Mission Pack Promotion. I know that i must pay in on-line store products for 29 dollars. My question is: if i will buy 3 extra character slots (that will cost over 29 dollars) will it unblock Bonus Mission Pack for my Guild Wars account.

Yes, As long as you spend a cumulative amount of $30 or you will unlock the bonus mission packs.

You don't need to have the exact amount of money, more than the 29$ is also enough to unlock the bonus mission pack.

1 extra character slot costs 9,99 dollars x 3 it will give 29,97 dollars. Will it be enough to gain acces to Bonus Mission Pack???

The bonus mission back was designed as an incentive for people to buy GW:EN, which costs $29.99 and comes out at the end of the month

*Flashing red lights* Wrong! GW:EN is $40 not $29.99, you just have to spend at least $29 to get the bonus mission pack.

But it's still an incentive to buy GWEN online since it costs over $29.99

I had another problem - maybe you will know how to solve it. I was trying to buy this 3 x extra slot and when i was redirected to PlayNC account to confirm the way of payment by Visa card there is only cost in euro. I prefer to pay in dollars that one thing and the second thing is that we was talking about Bonus mission pack that i must spend 29 dollars so will it be the same in euro???
I dont know what to do and what to think about it.
I will be glad if someone knows the solution of this problem.

I have just reread the bonus Mission page and they have changed it again.
This line is really confusing.

"This promotion is non-transferable and is limited to one per account."

My wife and I both play and we login to the game using different email address accounts, therefore we have our own set of characters. The caveat is we are both under one PlayNC account, so does the above line mean that only one of us can get the bonus missions, going by the PlayNC account or the that we can both get them, based on our email addressed accounts.

u buy the stuff when u login to that acct, so it will goes to the acct u log in and make the purchase
