Spell Turn
10e, 2 sec cast
Enchantment(protection prayers)
while you maintain this enchantment, whenever target ally would be the target of a hostile spell you are the target instead if able *range does not matter* and you lose 5...2 energy or this enchantment ends.
Divert
15e 2 sec cast 20 sec recharge
Elite enchantment(domination magic)
for 2...10 seconds the next time you are the target of a hostile spell one random foe who can be targeted is.
Spell Snare
5e 1/4 cast 20 sec recharge
enchantment(illusion magic)
for 2...10 seconds whenever you are the target of a spell that spell is caught in spell snare, when spell snare ends you are hit with all spells caught in spell snare.
delay
5e 1/4 cast 30 sec recharge
spell(fast casting)
for 8 second the next time you would be hit with a hostile spell instead you are affected by delay*this cannot be removed* after 2...10 seconds you are hit by that spell.
soul swap
15e 2 sec cast 30 sec recharge
Elite hex spell(illusion magic)
hex target foe with soul swap for 5...20 seconds, while hexed with soul swap whenever one of you takes damage, suffers from a condition, or gains life or energy, the other one does instead.
Illusion of friendship
10e 1 sec cast 60 sec recharge
Enchantment spell(illusion magic)
you are enchanted with illusion of friendship for 10...30 seconds, while enchanted with illusion of friendship you cannt be the target of hostile skills or attacks, when illusion of friendship ends for 30...10 seconds you cannot be the target of friendly skills *including your own*

I do like them, iv always thought about skills such as Divert and things (Spell Turn would be awsome if you are a "Tank").
I feel the Spell Snare/Delay is alittle unfair since theyre both mesmer spells so imagen using them both in turn before the other runs out, and i gather Spell Snare would HAVE to be an elite.
Soul swap interesting but.. too easy to abuse it, Okay il take that, hex someone then spam Necro sac-health spells and then illusion of weakness until they die.. :S
Illusion of friendship iv also thought about, but i love the twist you added at the end, unable to use spells on yourself aswell as others not being able too, very nice.
All in all some really good skills there, alittle bit of evening out and they'd be awsome! ^^

well spell snare does not have to be elite cause it has a heavy draw back of getting pimp slapped by the spells you held back AND it holds back friendly spells too so you dont get any healing from monks and a war kills you :P.
delay would not be able to work with spell snare because one it only stops one spell and two it stops hostile spells that target you where as the spells from spell snare would be considered not cast by enemies... sooo i think those two are fine as they are.
and soul swap isnt too broken either cause its take damage not lose life so saccing yourself as a nec or with IoW would do nada cause its life lose not dmg, but im thinking of removing the conditions thing cause one it dont make sense and two its a lil too strong....
