Rooked on the Trial when buying EN preview

Hello All,

My wife and I both own the Prophecies campaign and have been playing for the last 4 months. We both purchased the pre-order of EN which came with a 10 hour trial of Factions and Nightfall. We were unaware that purchases thru the guild wars store were automatically applied to our accounts. Therefore, we used up our 10 hour trial playing the Prophecies Campaign that we own. We have not gotten anywhere trying to explain this situation to PlayNC support. I am wondering if anyone has a point of contact that could re-enable our 10 hour trial so we can check out Nightfall and Factions.

Nothing they can/will do. The error was yours, not theirs.

The trial key thing was not well advertised unfortunately.

I'd give you my trial key, except it automatically applied to my account when I purchased it online.

Yeah, I had no idea I'd get a Trilogy Trial with my pre-order. Fortunately for me, though, I got it from a 'normal' online store here in Sweden, so I got my sneak peak and trial key in an e-mail this morning. I only have Prophecies, so I'm eager to try out the other campaigns a bit. Guess I better make full use of it now before the weekend's EN events begin.
