PC vah's hornbow

Hi ,
can somebody plz PC vah's hornbow ?
on the nightfall guide above they say it's worth 15 till 25 k , but i don't really beleave it :S . can somebody help me ?


stats : Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req. 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Life Stealing 5
Health Regeneration: -1
Health +30

this weapon uses the dragon hornbow skin

~5k max. . . imo.
