Prepare for GW:EN

Might I suggest PvP? Or you can buy the other 2 campaigns (and GWEN when it comes out) and play through those missions.

Congratulations
As far as what there is to do... Just do what you want. I started working through the other campaigns with my main character, found a farming spot, did a little PVP. Then made another character, once she finished NF, I started on the cartographers title.
Really, it just comes down to what you want to do. If nothing piques your intrest now, take a break for a few weeks and come back. Or go buy another chapter, if you havn't already, and work your way though it. Make a new character with a new proffession and try something different. The possibilites are pretty varied, just depends on you.

Start another chapter, make more chars or wait for Eye of the North?

I like to go to outposts and follow people, then hide behind objects when they turn around.
You have to do it very clumsily though. Make sure part of you is poking out and twitching back and forth when they turn around to look.

Go to Sorrow's Furnace! It doesn't require you to buy a new campaign (although I would, if I were you), it's really fun, and even a bit challenging.
Or you can do what Redfeather said... ^_^

I wasn't lying! It is very fun to do for a change of pace.
It's even more fun when you bump into someone doing the same thing. lol

You are done now. Congratulations. You can now move on to WoW which should keep you busy for a bit longer.
Or go hunt titles and high-end items (as I did) but some people call this a filthy word.

Or you could go kneel in front of Grenth in Droks and do the Titan quests.
Then you have really finished Prof.

Krat
Milennin
Do the the Titan quests.
Finish all other quests you forgot.
Explore the Tyria map 100%.
Capture all Elite Skills in Tyria.
Or go through all the missions again but this time on Hard Mode.
After that try to Vanquish every area in Tyria.
Completely clear the UnderWorld and The Fissure of Woe and complete every quest there.
Try Sorrow's Furnace.
Start saving for Obsidian Armour.
Create a build to beat the whole game completely solo (without henchmen, Heroes, human players).
Start a new character...
Buy another campaign...

To cater for the peeps like you they invented Hard Mode!!! This completely innovative part lets you play through all the missions you have just finished!! So, you can do all the boring, tedious missions again! So you can fight the exact same monsters aside the exact same NPCs again!! Wow! You lucky bastard!
And after you have finished that, you can most likely enjoy Impossible Mode which should be available in about 3 months. You can do all missions you already did in NM and HM again!
/sarcasm off

OR
You could go to Temple of Ages and try a little Underworld (by kneeling at Grenth) or Fissure of Woe (by kneeling at Balthazaar). We practically have perma favor, so getting in should be a simple task.
Servant of Kali
Player versus Player
Get Factions and join Fort Aspenwood for a nice start (I'd say this is better than starting to practice in Random Arena, RA is more difficult).

YAY, WOW, Amazing achievement.
If you're looking for anything else of substance; find another game, or purchase another campaign.
Or do the Titan questline.

I suggest you set goals as of like collecting 300 of some drops or finding out all armors from collectors throught out the game Different buils that YOU make will take lots of times do things with your guild allience Modify your Armors differently try diferent combos of armors try different weapons Get to knwo the builds of the crittenms outside see what works good were set a goal of how many that or that moster you wana kill chec out what wondefool drops monsters drop at diferent times Go out alone with no hench and see how much you can last etc Be a mercenary be a merchant there lots of things to do even afetr you beat the game
Malice Black
Complete all the FoW and UW quests. Finding a questing group is harder then the actual quests though.
thor hammerbane
Beating the game takes a month or two max, if you take your time. Proph kept my interested for an entire year before I got bored. Do some High End PvE or PvP. Basically farm for 15k arm, sexual gold weapons, and get UAX from PvP.

Finishing all the missions is just the beginning, there's a huge lot of ohter things to do in Guild Wars.
By finishing the missions you unlocked Hard Mode, which is a whole new level of gameplay. Vanquish all explorable areas and beat all the missions with bonuses on HardMode - this is the true challenge.
Try endgame instances for great loot and unique experiences - you have access to 4 of them in Prophecies - Sorrow's Furnace, Tombs of Primeval Kings, Fissure of Woe, The Underworld.
Tried playing other professions? You can just make another character and get him to lv20 + get skills, armor and weapons for him.
Tried PvP? PvP is a huge separate thing but for serious PvP you need access to more skills from other campagins.
There are multiple other titles to go for, you can become a Grandmaster Cartographer, Grandmaster Treasure Hunter, Source of Wisdom, Incorrigible Ale-Hound and more...
Make a new character and stay in Pre-Searing Ascalon and try to get level 20 there! It's a whole different world, like a mini game in a game.
Find new challenges for yourself! Start collecting some rare things, experiment with creating new builds, try solo'ing various areas for challenge and profit.
I also strongly recommend expnding your Guild Wars - add another campagin (Factions or Nightfall) or the fresh new first expansion "Eye of the North" coming in a week! Real men get all of them 8)

I think he meant in Guild Wars.. Otherwise you forgot; hang gliding, rob a bank, buy stocks, do math... Earth has a LOT of things to do!

Turn the computer off, go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Find a mate and go back indoors for some more "quests". Get married and do "missions".

Have you finished it with all classes?
Try it again in a more challenging way- if you have only thumped thru the campaign with a Warrior then try a new class. You have not really finished it until all classes have, and still there is more to do. Try a new class out with only the skills they provide from quests. Only use primary class for skills. Collect drops and trade for armor only. Use only weapons you find on the way. Do not go to storage. In fact don’t use it at all. See the sights there are very cool things out there to see. (One of my favorites was right before Factions came out they had big turtles out side of LA) Don’t say you are done there is so much you can do Titles anyone?
