Hi I Just Bought The First Guild Wars To Try Say I Like It And I Buy Factions And Nightfall Can I Still Use My Account From The First Game Even Though Its A Differnt Game

Yep, at the log in screen, you'll see the "I have new key". Click it and ADD your new keys to your account. You can also do it at the characters selection screen, click on " manage my account", then add the keys.

Whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT.

Yes, you can do all missions over and over again. No problem. You can also enter an explorable area as many times as you wish.
