Help - I don't seem to be able to select any Quests

I'm revisiting Tyria with my old Prophecies character and I don't seem to be able to accept any quests, I'm speaking to the NPC's i need to in the relevant areas and they don't give me the option to do the quest, Help....

In Cantha - I just get offered a load of advice and a chance to replay cinematic, even for missions I haven't finished, once again, Help......

Do you mean missions? You don't have to speak to them to do the mission, in your party window you'll see "ENTER MISSION". Click on that to do the mission.

As for quests, you can't redo them if you alredy did them. So do you mean missions or quests?

D'oh - I must sound like a complete noob .

Haven't played for 6 months, must be going a bit mad.
