Quiet but Resourceful Guild looking to expand

I created it initially because I was tired of other guilds I had been in (too much enforced social responsibility, simple immaturity, etc) and figured that if something was to be done right, that I had to do it myself. I invested around 650 to 700 plat in making the guild, getting a nice guildhall (Shing Jea style) and kitting it out with most of the available NPCs.
Unfortunately... the downside to this was that I didn't have any assistance to draw upon in times of difficulty. I had a solo-guild... basically.
As such I attempted to recruit someone into the guild from Shing Jea and invited him to bring his friends along. What I got was a guild full of young teenagers with little or no Guild Wars experience and with a range of attitudes from completely silent to highly antagonistic. Eventually all of them drifted away for one reason or other... and I was left on my own in the guild again.

That was a month or so ago.

I'm trying to find other members to join my guild now...
By my original intent... the Temple of Zhen Xianren is a guild essentially for isolationist folks like myself. I hope to maintain a non-competitive, lightly cooperative atmosphere where nobody gets in the way of anyone else and each can do their own thing most of the time.... using the Guild Hall resources as necessary. More to the point though, I want to gather other such people to the guild so that help is available when it is necessary... such as for missions which require the assistance of a second person rather than a pure AI team.

There are no strict responsibilities for the guild... I might be fussy about the way people type, but I doubt that will be much of a problem if I'm advertising here. Rather, I work on a casual Favour system. That is to say that if you request help from another member and they assist you, you would owe them a Favour (i.e. be moderately obliged to help them in return when requested).
The guild is allied with the Kurzicks... but there is no requirement that faction points be maintained by the members. We are just as accepting of Luxon members as any other, provided they don't request changes of alliegance to the guild.
