Connection error

When i select my charakter and click play , the bar stays on 0 % and after a while this message pops up :

guildwars was unable to connect to the gameserver , this may be caused by internet routing issues or a server network failure

If this problem persists , visit the guildwars support website
(Code=005)

Anyone has a possible solution ?
