energy+10
Chaos Damage 11-22(requires 10 illusion magic)
Reduced dazed duration 20%(cannot be obtained on a staff by pvp/inscriptions)
Health +29 hale staff head
armor +7 vs elemental warding staff wrapping

Merchant food I'm afraid, it has only single proper casting mod.

If only it was a monk staff then i would replace mods and use it for gvgs and HA

mb salvage the + 29 health mod and merch the rest
