ATTN Gaile - GW Online Store

Morning Gaile (and everyone else)

For months it has been mentioned that more items will be added to the online store. I'm just wondering if we are any closer to seeing any thing new added(other than pre-releases, campaigns and character slots)? Mini's? 4-leaf Clovers (PLEASE)? Swag? Everyone needs some GW Swag!!!

I know there have been multiple threads on this but none that I could find had any updated info.

well they better not add stuff that can be used in the game. If they started adding mini pets and stuff to remove dp I'd stop playing. That's really poor taste in my opinion. But as for the other stuff or t-shirt or whatever, that would be cool. I'd buy a t-shirt.

Many people would get cranky if the store sold anything that would be genuinely useful in-game, even if the use was restricted to PvE.

They will not add anything to the store that unbalances things when compared to what is available in the game. For example, if they add a sword with a unique skin, it'll have stats that are comparable to, or the same as something that is already available in the game.

Judging by the state of your avatar's "rags" - I'd recommend you buy a t-shirt too

How about a Rurik figure... and when you press a button his head flips and it becomes Undead Rurik. That'd be fun.

Plushies would be cool too.

Replica weapons would be nice, but uh, big overhead.

I'd like a cool button up GW shirt (with the GW logo embroidered above the breast pocket and a small embroidered image between the shoulder blades) or a GW travel mug. I dunno, just making suggestions...

I did have Func make me the coolest mousepad, I had them make me a Guild Wars Dracolich mouse pad. They have this awesome feature on thier site where you can upload images and they will print them on thier pads (ultra high res) before shipping. I have the Func Archtype with the GW Dracolich (from the GW site wallpapers). Its the coolest mousepad Ive ever seen. I'll post a pic of it later tonight.

Anet , do not add anything until you have sorted other payment options for your online store, its ~2 weeks to GW:EotN and non CC holders ( or people that can't borrow one )still cant use your store.

I'd buy a real pair of platinum sickles...

Maybe a Plushie gwen, and a Plushie Vekk...

I agree COMPLETELY. Perhaps something like SurfPin or a pay-by-phone/text feature. That would be lovely, I know a lot of younger kids, including my brother who lives 3 states away, and I know for a fact my parents won't let him use there CC card, and I think this kind of payment option could be quite useful, maybe even faxing a check -_-

Any chance that Eye of the North can be purchased prior to release? The online store is going to get very busy on release day and I suspect it there will be lots of problems.

they are currently working on a sms feature for the online store, (best way to pay for it imo)

i wouldnt mind an /emote pack /(maybe pointing your fingers in the air and pretending to shoot like, samedy sam, looney toons) (bubblegum maybe? jsut more variety)

amybe and armour pack, jsut some non- esiantial ingame things would be nice,

but sms should be a top priority imo after gwen and reconect feature
