hand axe 15 always -1 health rgen

got this in uw max damage req 10 hand axe 15% always -1 health regen is this worth anything only seen a couple like this before just curious.

It's bit more uncommon dmg mod but tough to sell. 5k~ or so quite depending if you find a buyier.

i think something like 5 till 7 k , you just need to find the right buyer ( like sayd above )
