Screenshots

For some reason my screenshots aren't saving. I know where they should go. My Screens folder in Guild Wars program folder is empty.

Should I contact tech support? Or? Would they answer me?

Might be saving to a different folder.. Search for the file: gw001.jpg

If nothing turns up, then contact tech support.

if you using vista they go somewhere in my documents. are you using vista?

Do you still receive the notice in game about where they're going?

If you're using Vista, the folder gets moved, according to Lonesamurai. I remembered reading about it when I was looking up issues with Vista and GW, heh.

I had to reinstall Guild Wars.

if your keyboard is like mine, (Microsoft wireless Media keyboard) you might need to press the "F-Lock" key to use Prt Scn. Otherwise you're just hitting "Insert" instead. Just a thought.
