Anyways I am in the market for an AMBER AEGIS

I will take the shield in either STRENGTH or TACTICS

Mods have a fairly wide array of options here.

I am willing to consider shields that are close to perfect or perfect. I will also take shields that have +armor and -damage or whatever it may be.
