When you join a happy dandy guild. You see an announcement every time you log onto a character.
Well, we all know that the measly paragraph on the announcements just isn't enough.
How about there could be a "forum" like thing in the announcements on the guild window.
Instead of having a lousy paragraph there, have like a maximum of three threads (would have to be controlled by the leader of course) with the topics and let people post.
So if you were to log on, you'll see on the announcements the thread titles, and a short description if one is added.
Then you can trod on over to the thread and post.
I kind of think that this would be a good replacement to "e-mailing" in-game.
Especially for those who can't play often, like me!

its just as simply as having a post bulletin in the Guild Hall in where it can be manged by the leader and officers and replied by other officers and members, although the abusive properties still lie in affect (flaming, spamming etc..) this decision will be in the leader's consent and if not, have the leader to deal with it, as well as this happening in the privacy of the guild.

Aw... it would be nice, but probably too much trouble... although keeping forums it's not a great problem, it is for the laaaarge number of guilds there are out there...
Maybe one forum for every 25..50 members... maybe...
